Dear Shannon, Oregon, Dent and Reynolds County Residents:

Thank you for visiting my website. I am proud to run as your Democratic Candidate for State Representative of the 143rd District. I believe that when I need to figure something out I should “put a pencil to it." Putting a pencil to the needs of our residents shows that we need someone representing us who can immediately step up to the plate and go to work for the people of this district. We need someone who can bring PROGRESS to our area. I pledge to work fulltime representing the specific needs of YOU, the people of Shannon, Oregon, Dent and Reynolds Counties.

I’m not a lifetime politician, but I have been involved in County and State government for years – so by electing me, there will be no on-the-job training as I serve as your Representative. As the past Presiding Commissioner of Shannon County for twelve years I’m no stranger to what type of leadership is needed to solve the problems of our Counties in Jeff City. And I will start doing that on day one.

My job is to be a public servant. Plain and simple. I’m committed to tackling the challenges we face in opposing government regulations on our waterways and private lands. Jobs, Public Education and the needs of Senior Citizens will also be my priorities. I vow to represent and fight for the views of the people of the 143rd District in the Missouri House of Representatives. I will vote the views of my constituents. No exception. No deals. A vote for me, will be an extension of YOU. You elect me to vote your views in Jefferson City…and that is what I will do.

I am committed to providing you the best possible constituent service. If elected, I never want you to hesitate to contact me with any problem you think I might be able to help you solve in state government…no matter how big or how small.
